Graduation Ink Design Policy
The diploma printing design process is a no-obligation, no cost process. If you are not satisfied with any of the diploma or certificate designs that we provide, there is no charge. Designs that are not purchased, however, remain the property of Graduation Ink.
Graduation Ink values the privacy of our website visitors. Any school or contact information that you provide is for internal use only and is not made available to any outside company or organization except in instances where it is necessary to complete the transaction. Through the use of PayPal’s merchant processing, credit card information will never be viewed by any Graduation Ink employee.
Any e-mail addresses provided by the website visitor may be used for future contact by Graduation Ink for further notification, advertising, etc. Anyone contacted by Graduation Ink via e-mail may choose to be removed from the e-mail list at any time. All e-mail lists will remain the sole property of Graduation Ink and will not be sold or shared with any outside company or organization.
All diploma orders are shipped via UPS or USPS directly to the school address. We utilize actual shipping costs not inflated, flat rate guesstimates.
Return and Refund Policy
At Graduation Ink we stand behind our services and products. Pre-authorization is required for returns. All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Depending on the product purchased, there may be re-stocking fees. Personalized items are not returnable.
Diploma Pricing Policy
When diploma price changes occur, the web pages are updated as promptly as possible, however, all prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Diploma printing customers may be required to pay 50% of the cost up front at the discretion of Graduation Ink. This will typically not be used for established customers that have established accounts.
