STEP 1. Paper Type

  • IMPORTANT:We will be sure to send a pdf proof and mock ups for edits and review prior to printing. Watch for emails from graduationink.com.

  • RE-ORDERS: Please confirm the signature fields, date of graduation and student names in the tabs below. **Do not adjust the header layout or body text. This is on file and will be reprinted as previously designed.**

STEP 2. Diploma Header

  • For raised ink printing: color should be in CMYK and vector files are recommended. For metallic foil imprint, a black and white image is required (Black areas will be filled in with the shiny foil.)Max file size: 8 MBPermitted file types: jpg jpeg jpe png pdf svg ai psd tif

  • OPTIONAL: If the city and state should be located near the logo/mascot or school name, please enter it.

STEP 3. Main Body Design

  • Enter the text that you want on your diploma/certificate here.

  • For example: Mike R. Romain, Principal (left signature line), Jane Miranda Moen, Chairman of the Board (right signature line)

  • Signatures MUST be on a blank white piece of paper. Do not have an individual sign on a line and then upload the signature. There must be no artwork behind the signature.Max file size: 8 MBPermitted file types: jpg jpeg jpe png pdf svg ai psd tif

  • We can add the names and date to every diploma or provide you a WORD template using our trademarked "Personalize-and-Print" option. "Personalize-and-Print" means that we will pre-print the fancy school name, logos, and typically the signature lines on the diploma sheets. You will then add the black center text that contains the name and date using the school printer and our custom WORD template.

This Series 300 elementary promotion certificate measures 8 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ and fits the Graduation Ink Series 300 pliable, leatherette holders. Whether this is an elementary school or kindergarten graduation or even a preschool certificate, we will provide a stunning memento.

Elementary Promotion Certificate Printing

All certificates include full color printing. However, some schools opt for spot metallic foil imprinting.

Finally, signatures and logos can be uploaded via the order form on this webpage if desired.

About Diploma Personalization: The “Personalize-and-Print” Option

Full personalization is always available for $1.75 each.  However, we also have a unique diploma product that no one else in the industry offers. “Personalize-and-Print” will reduce the impact on your award ceremony budget.

Personalize-and-Print by Graduation Ink

  1. We print all of the full color items on the elementary school certificate, but do not print the date or student’s name.
  2. You have the flexibility to order several years of non-personalized diploma sheets at a bulk price.
  3. We send you a WORD template formatted for your elementary school certificate design. After opening the template, simply place the pre-printed certificates into the printer.  Then, enter the graduate’s name and date on the computer, and print the finished product.

Metallic Spot Foil Imprinting Option for Elementary Promotion Certificate Printing
